Subject & Incident
Provides surveillance and security operators the ability to record a wide variety
of information about casino patrons (Subjects). CIMS is based on subject records,
that can have one or several incidents attached. Image and textual information can
quickly and easily be captured, stored and retrieved, to assist in identifying potential
risks and liabilities and to ensure the protection of the overall casino. Subject-Incident
Reports are easy to complete using user-defined code tables. Reports required from
Casino floor staff (Security, Slot Attendants, Cash Cage, etc) can be assigned and
followed to completion.
