Occurrence Report
Original and/or supplemental reports are entered into this module. Links to the
Event and the Subject/Incident provide an operator with comprehensive information
regarding any activity. Supervisors can easily determine which staff members are
required to write a report, and if it has been submitted. Verification of the report
then restricts any further access.
