Add a New Subject - No Photo
Addresses, Aliases, Features, Identification, LCT Totals and Watch List, are optional, and may be completed at any time.
1. Select the Subjects tab
2. Click on New Subject – Control Area (top left)
3. Enter the available information into the appropriate fields
4. Click Save
