Add Images to Vehicle, Involved and Dispute
The images can be captured at any time, but can only be assigned after the Incident has been added
1. Search for and display an existing Subject (See Subject Search) or
2. Create a new Subject (See Add a New Subject)
3. Select an existing Incident, or
4. Create a new Incident (See Add a New Incident)
5. Select the Image Capture icon
6. Select an image from the Unassigned Media area – the selected image will show red borders, and will appear in the Selected Picture or Video window
7. Select the applicable value (Vehicle, Involved or Dispute) from the Type drop down list.
a. Click Current Subject.
Repeat as desired – these images can be captured at any time but can only be assigned after the Incident record has been saved. Textual descriptions can be added for each picture using the applicable Tab.
8. Exit from Image Capture
9. Go to the applicable screen to which you have added the images. (Click Vehicles, or Features, or Involved, or Dispute.)
a. Select an image from the thumbnail area (if images are not present, click New)
b. Enter descriptive informarion in the applicable fields
c. Click Add
10. Select @Save
