Combine Subject Records
Where the same Subject has multiple Subject records
1. Enter the appropriate search criteria (See Subject Search)
2. Select a base record (typically the base record should be the one with the most complete information)
3. Select Combine Subjects - a form is returned to allow for the search for the other record that is to be combined.
4. Enter the search criteria to return the other record
5. Select Search
6. Select the record to be combined from the list
7. Select Combine with Current – all images from the duplicate records will transferred to the base record, however, the value from the fields in the duplicate record will only be transferred where a data field in the base record is blank.
