Call Entry-Dispatch-Close
Where the Complaint taker is also the Dispatcher and events for dispatch are Closed when they are Created For Dispatch
1. See (Add Routine Event)
2. Complete the Location field (optional)
3. Select the Dispatch bar
a. Enter Area and/or Priority if used
b. Select a Unit Code from the Units drop down list
c. Check the Close checkbox
d. Select Create for Dispatch
