How To - Add Images to Involved, Audit, Variance, Internal Report

The images can be captured at any time, but can only be assigned after the Incident has been added


1. Search for and display an existing Employee or
2. Create a new Employee (See Add a New Employee)
3. Select an existing Incident, or
4. Create a new Incident (See Add a New Incident)
5. Select the Image Capture icon
     a. Select an image from the Unassigned Media area or Capture new images
     b. Select the applicable value(Involved, Audit, Variance, or Internal Report) from the Type drop down
     e. Click Current
     f. Repeat as desired – these images can be captured at any time but can only be assigned after the Incident record has been saved. Textual descriptions can be added for each picture using the applicable Tab.
6. Click Save
