How to import employee’s details and photo’s?
A:
Where the file format and data base content are suitable for transfer to SIMS, a custom program could be written to affect the import.

What is the purpose of numeric value “1 – 10 score question”?
A:
Depending on the type of Audit be done , the ‘1-10’ can be used as a scale for rating the performance of staff members i.e. dealers-game protection, or it can be a count of the number of times a specific error is committed during an observation period.
Q:
Can an Employee be put in a watch list without having to create them as a Subject?
A:
The Watch list is currently available for Subjects only. The Status field in Employee is most often utilized to group together those employees who have a commonality. i.e. Under Observation, Needs to Improve, Failed, Passed, etc.
